My Philosophy of Parent Coaching

A happy family of four holding hands and running along the shoreline of a beach. That you’re reading this tells me that you are frustrated and not sure where to turn. Most parents choose to work with me when they are at their wits end. You are deeply concerned about your child. You have tried lots of things to improve the situation and it hasn’t changed. You feel despair as you watch your child struggle, and as you wonder where things went wrong. Sometimes, you’ve lost your temper or become emotionally escalated yourself when trying to support your child. You want your child to get back onto a positive trajectory and to be healthy, and successful. You’d like family life to feel “normal” once again. You’d like to have peace of mind. You don’t have to feel so alone. My knowledge and many years of experience (as a children’s mental health worker and parenting coach) can help you get through this frustrating time.
